Welcome to HYPELABELS! By using our AI Content Marketing Platform and/or our white glove marketing and sales consultancy services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions ("TOS").
Acceptance of Terms

HYPELABELS provides an AI Content Marketing Platform and white glove marketing and sales consultancy services. Our AI Content Marketing Platform allows you to create content for blogs, articles, websites, social media, and more. Our white glove marketing and sales consultancy services offer marketing strategy, branding, content marketing, event marketing, public relations, customer experience, and paid advertising.
Use of the Service
You may use the HYPELABELS platform and our white glove marketing and sales consultancy services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these TOS. You agree not to use the platform or services in any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation.
User Accounts
You may be required to register for an account to access certain features of the HYPELABELS platform or our white glove marketing and sales consultancy services. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.
Payment and Billing
If you subscribe to our AI Content Marketing Platform or our white glove marketing and sales consultancy services, you agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription. All fees are non-refundable. You are responsible for keeping your payment information up to date.
Intellectual Property
All content and materials available on the HYPELABELS platform, including the design, text, graphics, images, information, software, and other files, and their selection and arrangement, are the property of HYPELABELS or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use the HYPELABELS platform or our services to: (a) harass, abuse, or threaten others; (b) upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code; (c) impersonate or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity; (d) interfere with or disrupt the HYPELABELS platform or our services; (e) violate any applicable law or regulation; (f) access or attempt to access the accounts of other users without their permission; or (g) use the HYPELABELS platform or our services in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the platform.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall HYPELABELS or its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the HYPELABELS platform or our services, including but not limited to, loss of revenue, profits, or data, or other commercial or economic loss, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless HYPELABELS and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation, reasonable attorneys' fees incurred by us arising out of or in connection with your use of the HYPELABELS platform or our services, your violation of these TOS, or your violation of any rights of any third party.
Termination
HYPELABELS reserves the right to terminate your access to the HYPELABELS platform and our services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, all rights and licenses granted to you by these TOS will immediately terminate.
Changes to Terms
HYPELABELS reserves the right to modify or update these TOS at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the HYPELABELS platform or our services after any such changes will constitute your acceptance of the new TOS.
Governing Law
These TOS and any disputes arising out of or related to these TOS or the use of the HYPELABELS platform or our services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

HYPELABELS provides white glove marketing and sales consultancy services to help businesses develop effective marketing strategies that resonate with their target audience. Our services may include market research, SWOT analysis, competitive analysis, and developing a marketing plan, branding, content marketing, event marketing, public relations, customer experience, and paid advertising.
Payment and Billing
If you engage our white glove marketing and sales consultancy services, you agree to pay all fees associated with the services provided. All fees are non-refundable. You are responsible for keeping your payment information up to date.

Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Waiver
The failure of HYPELABELS to enforce any right or provision of these terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
Assignment
You may not assign these terms or any of your rights or obligations hereunder, whether by operation of law or otherwise, without the prior written consent of HYPELABELS, LLC HYPELABELS, LLC may assign these terms or any of its rights or obligations hereunder without your prior written consent.
